D1 Arrive in Beijing
Today we will arrive in Beijing, the capital of China with a history of thousands of years. Receive a welcome from our guide and then transfer to your hotel, and you will also learn your first Chinese“ Nin Hao ” for greeting.

China Exploration will chose the best section of Badalin Great Wall for tourists. You will walk on this ancient stone stage on feet, and trace the ancient history of China through the old wall and mountains.
In the afternoon, a visit to the Ming Tomb will be an interesting adventure for us, where you will see how the emperors desired for immortal. Enjoy a delicious Beijing Roast Duck dinner today.

D3 Beijing City Excursion ( Tian’an Men Square / The Forbidden City / the Summer Palace/ Hutong (B,L)
Today you will explore the mysterious palace of Chinese emperors, the Forbidden City, which boasts having 9999 rooms and could be the biggest palace in the world. And you will also walk around in the heart of China, Tian’anmen Square .
In the afternoon you will have a leisure walk in the emperors’ royal garden, the Summer Palace, which is a much-loved summer retreat of the Imperial families, the lovely landscaped gardens, halls, pavilions and corridors are set around the lake. In the late afternoon you will explore the Heaven temple, also called sky temple, which is used to worship emperor’s ancestors and pray for a harvest season. If you are lucky, you can enjoy the beautiful sun set here.
D4 Beijing / Xi'an ( The Heaven Temple / Hutong Tour ) （B，D ）
In the morning you will head for Xi’an by 5 hours' bullet train. The high speed train of China has connected most of the big cities in China now, which make our travel much easier and enjoyable. So China Exploration prefers to arrange a tour of bullet train riding, therefore our tourists can enjoy more landscapes en route and know more about real China.
And your guide in Xi’an will meet you at the railway station, and then take you to the old city wall for a mild hiking to stretch your legs, and have a bird's eye view of old Xi'an city. And then you will drop a look in the front of Wild Goose Tower Ground outside. You don't need to enter, just have a look outside, listen the ancient story of Monk Tang travelling to ancient India for Buddhism scripture. And in the evening you will enjoy the amazing night the Datang Ever Bright City, which will brought you back the prosperious and glorious Tang dynasty.

D5 Xi’an / Chengdu (The Terracotta Museum ) （B, D ）
Xi’an had been the most prosperous capital in China for over 1000 years. Surely the Terracotta museum is the most important spot. It will be amazing experience to visit these old warriors and horses under earth for over 2000 years. And you will also learn how to make a warrior ourselves by our own hand.
In the afternoon you will take 3 hours' bullet train to Chengdu. Travel through the huge Qingling mountain, and you will enter the wide Sichuan Basin.
Arrive in 3000 years old Chengdu city in the late afternoon. Meet with your tour guide in Chengdu and transfer to city for tour. You will walk around in the ancient Wide and Narrow Street in the late afternoon, have leisure walk. rest. In the evening you will have a special dinner of hot pot. Night in hotel.
D6 Chengdu / Lhasa (Wild Goose Tower / The City Wall/) (B,L )
In the morning you will head to the Giant Panda Breeding Research Base in Chengdu, which is the home of giant pandas. More than 100 giant pandas are living in the beautiful garden of bamboo. You will enjoy many of them.
In the afternoon you will head to the airport and fly to Lhasa. You are on the plateau of 3700 meters now! Receive warm welcome from your tour guide in Tibet, and then transfer to hotel. It takes about 1.5 hours to the hotel, and tries to rest & drink as much water as you can to better acclimatize the high altitude. Overnight in Lhasa.

After that, to visit Sera Monastery which means wild rose in the Tibetan language, because the hill behind it was covered with wild roses in bloom when the monastery was built. In the early morning you will head to airport and fly to Chongqing. Meet with your tour guide in Chongqing.
In the afternoon you will visit the hottest attraction Liziba station to watch the wonder of Metro travel through the apartment building. And then Chongqing People’s Great Hall. And then the symbol of Chongqing Hongyadong cave in the evening.
In the early morning you will head to airport and fly to Chongqing. Meet with your tour guide in Chongqing.

D10 Chongqing / Dazu / Chongqing (B,L,D)
It is a cultural tour today. In morning you will head for Dazu Buddhism rock carving, which is only about 2 hours’ driving from Chongqing. It was a kind of fashion for ancient Chinese people to build the rock carvings based on the Buddhism tales or locals, and Dazu Rock Carving groups are among the best reserved carvings in China. Many of the carving groups were found here, and the most famous are Baodingshan hill group. And there you will enjoy many beautiful and vivid carvings in Baodingshan, and then you will visit the Beishan Hill group.
Head to Chongqing in the afternoon. Drop a tour in Ciqikou Old Town. Board the Yangtze cruise in the evening.

This morning you will make shore excursion to the Three Gorges Dam project, and then sail through the last beautiful gorge of Xiling Gorge. Disembark upon arrival at Yichang. Your guide in Yichang will transfer you from the dock to airport after lunch. Take a flight to Guilin. Upon arrival, your tour guide in Shanghai will transfer you to hotel to rest.
D14 Li River Excursion ( Li River Excursion / Biking in Yangsuo) （B，L）
In the morning you will make a cruise in picturesque Li River. You will learn many romantic tales about the peaks and love. Arrive in beautiful Yangsuo in the afternoon. The famous Western Street will be in our schedule naturally. And your guide will also take you to explore the beautiful countryside and village in the afternoon. And fly to Hangzhou in the evening.
Tongli village is a river channels crossing villages and still remain its traditional culture. You will explore this water village in the morning. In the afternoon you will drive back to Shanghai. The night of Bund deserve our trying. It is a beautiful street with a lot of European style architecture and flashing light!
D16 Shanghai City Tour (The Shanghai Museum / Yu Garden/ ) (B,L, D)
The Shanghai Museum will show you the marvelous treasure of oriental Asia. So in the morning you will explore this famous spots. And then we will admire the Lujiazui financial center. As the most prosperous city in China, even in Asia , a lot of sky scrapers over 400 meters in height are standing in these area, Shanghai Center of 653.3 meters (2074.2 ft) , and Oriental TV tower， Jinmao Hotel, etc. It is unnecessary to ascend these buildings, so just taking a local sightseeing bus to show around is enough for us.
In the afternoon your tour continues with a visiting to Yuyuan Garden, famous for its rock gardens, pavilions, halls and ponds. Then you will explore the old style Yuyuan market and prepare for our leaving. And enjoy a farewell dinner today before our leaving of China.
