You may visit some of Chongqing’s famous landmarks, such as Hongyadong, Chaotianmen Dock, or the unique hillside streets, and experience the distinctive charm of a city built between mountains and rivers.

D2 Chongqing City Tour
After breakfast, begin your Chongqing city exploration with the Three Gorges Museum, where you will learn about the history of the Yangtze River Three Gorges region, the development of Chongqing, and the cultural changes brought by the Three Gorges Project.
Continue to Chaotianmen Dock, one of Chongqing’s most iconic landmarks. Located at the meeting point of the Yangtze River and Jialing River, it offers a great view of the city’s spectacular riverside landscape.
Afterward, visit Hongyadong, the famous riverside complex built along the mountain slope. Its traditional-style architecture and stunning night scenery have made it one of Chongqing’s most photographed attractions.
In the afternoon, head to Liziba Metro Station to witness Chongqing’s famous urban wonder — the light rail train passing directly through a residential building.
Continue to Ciqikou Ancient Town, a historic neighborhood with traditional buildings, narrow stone streets, local snacks, and old Chongqing culture.
Return to your hotel in the late afternoon.

D3 Chongqing / Wushan by High-Speed Train
Train Journey: Approx. 2.5 hours
In the morning, transfer to the railway station and take a high-speed train to Wushan. Enjoy the beautiful mountain and countryside scenery along the way.
Upon arrival, head to the Yangtze River pier and take a boat cruise through the spectacular Little Three Gorges.
During the cruise, admire the dramatic scenery of steep peaks, unusual rock formations, waterfalls, ancient hanging coffins, and the remains of historic cliffside plank roads. In this peaceful mountain area, you may even hear the distant calls of wild monkeys echoing through the valleys.
Later, travel to the mountain area and take a local electric vehicle to enter the Goddess Sky Road Scenic Area (Shennu Tianlu).
Walk along the mountain plank roads and viewing platforms, including Sky Lamp Platform, Fairy Yao Platform, and Feiyuntai, overlooking the magnificent Goddess Peak across the Yangtze River. The river winds through Wu Gorge like a jade ribbon surrounded by towering mountains.

D4 Wushan / Fengjie
Distance: About 88 km | Driving: Approx. 2 hours
After breakfast, drive about 1 hour to Fengjie.
First, visit White Emperor Town (Baidi City), a famous historical and cultural site with more than 2,000 years of history. Located beside the Yangtze River, it is closely connected with Chinese history and literature.
From here, enjoy the spectacular view of Kuimen Gate, the entrance of Qutang Gorge, and one of the most famous landscapes of the Yangtze River Three Gorges.
In the afternoon, visit the Three Gorges Summit, located high above the Yangtze River valley. Walking on the glass viewing platforms, you can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the river, mountains, and deep gorges.
You will also take a short Yangtze River cruise through Qutang Gorge to experience the dramatic scenery of the Three Gorges.

D5 Fengjie / Yunyang Longgang National Geopark / Yunyang
Distance: About 230 km | Driving: Approx. 4.5 hours
In the morning, drive about 2 hours to Yunyang Longgang National Geopark, a spectacular natural area famous for its unique karst landscapes, deep caves, strange rock formations, and dramatic mountain scenery.
Known as the “Mini Zhangjiajie of Chongqing,” Longgang offers impressive views of towering peaks and steep cliffs.
One of the highlights is the Cloud Corridor Glass Bridge, one of the longest glass skywalks in the world. Walking along the mountain trails, steep pathways, and viewing platforms, you will enjoy different perspectives of this magnificent geological wonder.
In the late afternoon, continue to Yunyang city.

D6 Yunyang / Fengdu
Distance: About 233 km | Driving: Approx. 4.5 hours
In the morning, visit Zhangfei Temple, a historic temple located beside the wide Yangtze River. Built to commemorate the famous general Zhang Fei from the Three Kingdoms period, it is also an excellent place to enjoy views of the river scenery.
Continue to Shibaozhai (Stone Treasure Village), another remarkable cultural landmark along the Yangtze River. This unique wooden pavilion-style structure was built against a steep cliff and represents the wisdom of ancient Chinese architecture.
Arrive in Fengdu in the late afternoon.

D7 Fengdu / Chongqing Departure
Distance: About 145 km | Driving: Approx. 2 hours
In the morning, visit Fengdu Ghost City, a unique cultural attraction inspired by traditional Chinese mythology. Although known as the “City of Ghosts,” it is not a scary place but an important historical site showcasing ancient Chinese beliefs about the afterlife.
After the visit, drive back to Chongqing.
