Standing on Fuyu Bridge over the Nanming River, Jiaxiulou Pavilion (Jiaxiu Tower甲秀楼) is one of the most famous landmarks in Guiyang, Guizhou Province. Also known as the “First Scholar’s Tower,” this elegant pavilion represents the city’s long history, cultural traditions, and respect for education.
