Day 1: Arrive in Harbin
Arrive in Harbin today and meet your guide and driver at the airport or railway station.
After transferring to your hotel, you can enjoy a city tour according to your arrival time. Your guide can arrange a relaxed introduction to Harbin, allowing you to get your first impression of this fascinating city.
Harbin is famous for its distinctive combination of Chinese and European influences, as well as its spectacular winter scenery and ice-and-snow culture.

Day 2: Harbin City Tour
Begin your Harbin sightseeing tour in the morning with a visit to Sun Island Scenic Area and its famous Snow Art Gallery. During winter, the area is transformed into a spectacular world of snow, with impressive snow sculptures creating a unique northern Chinese winter landscape.
Continue to explore the Russian-style architecture and streets around Harbin, where you can see the city’s strong historical connections with Russia. You will also enjoy beautiful views of the Songhua River, which becomes an especially impressive sight when covered with ice and snow in winter.
In the late afternoon, take a leisurely walk along Central Street (Zhongyang Dajie), Harbin’s best-known historic pedestrian street. Admire the European-style buildings, explore the shops and try a traditional Harbin ice pop, a surprisingly popular local treat even during the city’s freezing winter.
Continue to Saint Sophia Cathedral, one of Harbin’s most iconic landmarks. Its distinctive Byzantine-style architecture reflects the city’s multicultural history and Russian influence.

Day 3: Harbin – China Snow Town
After breakfast, drive from Harbin to China Snow Town (Xuexiang). The journey takes approximately 4 hours, depending on road and weather conditions.
Arrive in China Snow Town in the afternoon and enter a magical world of snow-covered forests, traditional wooden houses and thick layers of snow.
Take a walk along Snow Street, visit the Snow Museum and enjoy a bird’s-eye view of the snow-covered village from Bangchui Mountain.
Depending on the weather, season and local arrangements, you may also have the opportunity to enjoy a variety of local winter activities and performances, such as northeastern Chinese folk dancing, flower parades, ice entertainment and evening activities.
In the evening, enjoy authentic Northeastern Chinese cuisine at a local restaurant and experience the hearty flavors of this region.

Day 4: China Snow Town – Jingpo Lake
Rise early today to experience the magical winter scenery of China Snow Town. When weather conditions are suitable, the village may be covered in mist and frost, creating a beautiful, dreamlike landscape.
After breakfast, drive to Jingpo Lake, a journey of approximately 3 hours depending on road and weather conditions.
Known for its clear water and spectacular volcanic landscape, Jingpo Lake is particularly beautiful in winter. The combination of frozen water, snow-covered forests and surrounding mountains creates a striking natural landscape.
In the afternoon, explore the scenic area, including Diaoshuilou Waterfall and the Never-Frozen Pool. The waterfall and surrounding landscape offer a fascinating contrast between flowing water, ice and snow.

Day 5: Jingpo Lake – Jilin
After breakfast, drive to Jilin City, which takes approximately 3 hours depending on road conditions.
Jilin is one of the best-known winter destinations in Northeast China, particularly famous for its spectacular rime ice scenery along the Songhua River.
Upon arrival, begin exploring the city. Visit Beishan Park, a historic scenic area offering views over Jilin, and continue to Century Plaza, one of the city’s major public spaces.
You will also visit a historic Christian church and the Manchuria Museum, where you can learn more about the region’s complicated history and cultural heritage.

Day 6: Jilin – Changchun
If weather conditions are suitable, rise early to admire Jilin’s famous rime ice scenery. When the temperature and humidity are right, frost covers the branches of trees along the Songhua River, creating one of Northeast China’s most spectacular winter landscapes.
After enjoying the morning scenery, drive to Changchun, a journey of approximately 1.5 hours.
Begin your Changchun city tour with a visit to the Imperial Palace of Manchukuo, the former palace complex associated with the Japanese-backed state of Manchukuo. Explore the historic buildings and learn about this important and complex period in Northeast China’s modern history.
Continue to the former government offices and administrative buildings of Manchukuo to gain a deeper understanding of Changchun’s role during this period.

Day 7: Changchun Departure
Today marks the end of your Northeast China winter tour.
At the appropriate time, your guide and driver will transfer you to Changchun Airport or railway station for your onward journey.
