Skiing is rare in South China and east Asia, but the newly built Taiziling Ski Resort in Sichuan of China bring an good news for people loving Skiing! The Taiziling Ski Resort could be the best Ski Resort in South China sitting on the mountain of 2733- 2980 meters in sea level. And it is only 3 hours’ driving to Chengdu, which possesses a lot of international and domestic flights to the world, the most important, it is building Ski run of 36 kms within 2020, which will be the longest in Asia.
Besides the Ski Resort, Sichuan is famous for its ethnic minority folklore, nature reserve and ancient culture. In this trip, we will show you the unique Qiang people culture, Jiuzhaigou National Park, Tangjiahe Nature Reserve and Zhaohua old town besides the Skiing!

D1 Chengdu / Taiziling Ski Resort
Head for Maoxian county in the morning, and the landscape will change from plain to mountain gradually, arrive in Mutuo Qiang People Village at noon. It is a traditional Qiang people’s village, and we will drop a visit in it, and also have a lunch in local villager’s home. In the afternoon we will continue one hour’s driving to Taiziling Ski Resort. And you can start Skiing in the late afternoon. Night in local hotel.
D2 Taiziling / Maoxian
In the morning, we will continue to practice the Skiing skill. There are various skiing runs catering to different skiing skill. Just enjoy them! In the afternoon we will leave Taiziling and drive to Maoxian county. As the home of Qiang people, so the visit to Museum of Qiang People is necessary, in which we will enjoy the beautiful castle and towers of Qiang people. You can free to walk around in the county in the evening to explore local folklore. Night in local hotel.
D3 Maoxian / Jiuzhaigou Valley
Today our destination will be famous Jiuzhaigou National Park. And after 2 hours’ driving along Minjiang River, we will arrive in Songpan first, here we will drop a visit in the old town of Songpan old town. We are already in the field of Tibetan, so we will head for Gali Tibetan village as well as visit a Tibetan monastery. Arrive in Jiuzhaigou in the late afternoon. Night in local hotel.
D4 Jiuzhaigou Valley Tour
Today you will travel through the most beautiful national park, Jiuzhaigou National Park. The Y-shaped Jiuzhaigou valley actually are consisted of 3 long valleys: Shuzheng valley, Rize valley and Zezha valley. In each of the valley, many beautiful lakes, waterfalls, rivers and virgin forest are scattered. Local Tibetan granted each of them romantic names, such as Panda Sea, Pearl Sea, Long Sea, etc, and these lakes shining like jade, pearl in the mountain and forest. Jiuzhaigou valley could be the best gift from our nature, and it deserves the fame of Fairy Land on the earth!
D5 Jiuzhaigou / Tangjiahe Nature Reserve
In the morning we will head for Tangjiahe Nature Reserve, which is a paradise of wildlife and birds. Arrive in Tangjiahe in the afternoon, and then you can try your chance to look for the wild lives. Night in local hotel.
D6 Tangjiahe / Zhaohua Old Town
In the morning you will continue to watch the wild life in the nature reserve. Tangjiahe possess rich resources of wildlife, such as golden pheasant, Cloud’s Sun bird, golden monkey, Chinese Monal, rusty-throated parrotbill, takin, etc. After lunch , we will head for Zhaohua Old Town in Guangyuan city. It is one of the important towns during Three Kingdom Period, and we will relax in the evening.
D7 Zhaohua / Guangyuan / Chengdu
Free to walk around in the old in the morning, and then we will drive to Guangyuan city, where will admire the Huangjuesi temple, which is to commemorate the only Empress of China, Wuzetian，and we will also drop a visit in the ancient Qianfoya Buddha Carltivation Cliff. Drive back Chengdu in the late afternoon. End of the tour.
