Its highest point at Badaling is some 800 meters above sea level. A well-known popular saying goes: ‘He who hasn’t been to Great Wall is not a true man’. Located in Yan Qing northwest of Beijing. It was built in the beginning of Ming Dynasty and was a special section of the Ming Great Wall. As an important Pass, Ba Da Ling Great Wall means getting to all the directions in English. The total length is 4500 meters. Many beacon towers, watch towers add more magnificence to the Great Wall.

Your guide will pick you up from your hotel between 7:00 am and 8:30 am, and begin your Beijing sightseeing journey.
First, drive to Tian’anmen Square, one of the largest public squares in the world and an important symbol of China’s modern history.
You will have approximately 40 minutes to explore the square, admire its impressive monuments, and learn about its historical significance.
From Tian’anmen Square, walk to the magnificent Forbidden City, the largest and best-preserved ancient imperial palace complex in the world.
Built during the Ming Dynasty and expanded throughout the Qing Dynasty, the Forbidden City served as the imperial residence for 24 emperors over more than 500 years. Following the traditional central north-south axis, you will explore the grand palace halls, courtyards, and architectural masterpieces that represent the highest achievement of traditional Chinese palace design.
The Forbidden City visit takes approximately 2 hours.
Afterward, drive to Changping District for lunch.
Before lunch, enjoy a short visit to a traditional Jade Carving Factory.
Jade carving is one of China’s most famous traditional handicrafts. Combining exquisite carving skills with rich cultural meanings, Chinese jade art represents both artistic craftsmanship and traditional beliefs.
Enjoy a traditional Chinese lunch at Longdi Restaurant.
After lunch, continue to the beautiful Summer Palace.
Located in the northwest area of Beijing, the Summer Palace is the largest and best-preserved imperial garden in China. Originally built as a royal retreat, it combines magnificent architecture, natural landscapes, Kunming Lake scenery, and traditional Chinese garden design.
Known as a masterpiece of Chinese imperial gardens, the Summer Palace provides a peaceful contrast to the grandeur of the Forbidden City.
After sightseeing, your guide will transfer you back to your hotel.
