Good Afternoon Jason,
We have finally arrived in a little town in the middle of Mongolia, with Internet access, and would like to use the opportunity to thank you, your team and especially Winnie for the great time we had in China.
We very much enjoyed the thorough organization, which worked very well at all times, and made our stay in China not only enjoyable, but also very easy. We had a great time with Winnie, who knows the Chinese history and customs very well, and made us laugh a lot...she also managed to always find great guest houses and especially very good food.
The only other feedback we would like to provide you though, is in regard to the agent who was supposed to help Winnie at the outer Mongolian border. From our point of view, he was very rude, and did not know what needed to be done in order to process our paperwork. Winnie ended up doing most of the work herself, as nothing had been prepared or arranged by the agent. Maybe this can be improved by using another agent, or maybe even by not using an agent at all, considering that the border crossing seems to have required the standard paperwork and processing only, and nothing else special.
Again, thank you very much for the great organization, and your support throughout our travels. We will certainly return to you for our next travel whenever this is to happen, and will definitely pass your details on to anybody else we know who is interested in travelling to China.
