Chengdu School & Education Tourism Association Celebrated 2024 New Year
On January 19th, 2024, under the guidance of Chengdu Culture and Tourism Bureau, Chengdu Education Bureau and Chengdu Civil Affairs Bureau, and under the concerted efforts of all organizations, institutions and experts, Chengdu School & Education Tourism Association held the 2024 High-quality Development Promotion Conference of School & Research Tourism as well as annual Member Meeting in Xinhua International Hotel. All memeber units, guiding units, Chongqing School & Education travel Association, industry experts, representatives of primary and secondary schools, media and other relevant responsible persons and guests attended the conference.
As a new emerged industry combining education and tourism, School & Education Tourism not only provides educational travel experience for teenagers, but also injects new vitality into the development of local culture and tourism. The past year has been fulled of challenges and opportunities. With the support of various government departments and the joint efforts of all member units, Chengdu School & Education Tourism Association has successfully held a number of industrial activities, making important contributions to the development of cultural tourism in Chengdu.
The conference also invited industry representatives from Chengdu-Chongqing region, Chengdu urban area (cities) and counties, schools, education bases, institutions, and study travel instructors. They actively shared their excellent experiences and practices, and had positive and friendly exchanges and interactions from different perspectives and dimensions of the research industry.
On the site of the conference, the first group of experts in the expert database were released, and certificates were issued to 32 experts, which symbolized the standardized and innovative development of Chengdu education and study tourism industry.
At the invitation of the president of the association, the CEO of China Exploration, Mr. Jason Huang attended the meeting, and had an in-depth exchange with various resources of research and education bases, saying that Chengdu Jason Tour Co. Ltd will have more development in the field of China school & education tour in the future.
