The 3rd Sichuan Travel Agency Association's Election Conference Concluded Successfully!
On July 30, 2025, the Sichuan Travel Agency Association's Election Conference and 
the Third Members' Council Meeting were held at the Chengdu Oasis Hotel. Shi Yong, Secretary of the Social Organization of the Sichuan Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism; Li Jingbo, Director of the Market Management Division of the Sichuan Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism; and relevant leaders from the Sichuan Provincial Department of Social Work attended the conference. Over 230 representatives from 136 member organizations attended the conference.
All delegates listened to and reviewed the work report of the Second Council. President Wang Zhaoxue comprehensively summarized the Association's achievements since the Second Council's term, focusing on serving the industry, the government, and society. He summarized the Association's achievements in improving its own development, building a communication platform, promoting industry development, and fulfilling its social responsibility. Through the concerted efforts of the entire industry, the Association has made significant contributions to improving the quality and upgrading of the Sichuan travel agency industry and enhancing the service ecosystem. The conference subsequently reviewed and approved the report on the election process, the election procedures, and the list of supervisors, vote counters, and vote-callers, laying a solid foundation for the smooth conduct of the election.
Delegates successfully elected the third term of directors and supervisors through secret ballot, marking a milestone in the association's election process. The first general meeting of the third term was then held, where the third president, vice presidents, chief supervisor, secretary-general, and heads of specialized committees were elected.
Mr. Huang Jiantao, CEO of China Exploration & general manager of Chengdu Jason International Travel Co., Ltd., was successfully re-elected as the second vice president in this election, making Chengdu Jason International Travel the new vice president unit of the Sichuan Travel Agency Association.
