Day 1: Arrive at Huangshan city
Arrive at Huangshan City and be transferred to the Hotel. Stay in Huashan Hotel

Day 2: Tunxi - Hongcun - Xidi (B, L, D)
After breakfast, we'll be driving for about one hour to reach Yixi County where Hongcun and Xidi are located. With a history of 800 years, the two villages were listed into the world heritage by UNESCO in 2000 . We'll explore in depth the typical architectural style of the local residential houses, including the beautiful wood carving, stone carving, brick carving and bamboo carving which are almost everywhere. What is more, we'll visit as many local houses as possible, getting a feeling of their interior rooms as well as their daily life. Stay in Huqinglou Guesthouse

Day 3: Hongcun - Shexian County (B, L, D)
Shexian County is one of the historic counties in China by the Central Government due to its briliant cultural achievements as early as in the ancient times. Just take one example, there were more than one thousand stone or wooden arches in Huizhou in history. Even now, there are still about 110 arches scattered across Huangshan territory. Monumental archway was built in the feudal society for the purpose of honoring meritorious service, imperial civil examination, benevolent administration as well as loyalty and filial piety. Today, we'll be heading for Tangyue after breakfast, a village famous for its archway complex in which 7 arches are still erecting in the order of righteousness, filial piety, chastity and loyalty. In addition, we'll visit the unique family ancestral temple for women in the past despite the overwhelmingly feudalist dominance throughout China's long history in which women were regarded inferior to men. Therefore, one can hardly find any temples for women across this country. Not far from the archways is the Bao's Family Garden, the largest private garden in East China. Thousands of bonsai are on display. For those fond of miniature landscape, this place is a must. We'll then visit an old village - Tangmo where we can see local farmers' daily life and their killing time along the "Water Street". Back to the downtown in the afternoon to visit the lovely Old Street. After dinner, you'll leave Huangshan.
