Day 1 Hiking in Huangshan (B, L, D)
Pick up from Tunxi and drive for one and half hours to reach the Mercy Light Pavilion, the startpoint for hiking up from the western steps. It will take you about 4 hours to reach the Jade Screen Peak, just half way of the whole trip for today, where we will have lunch. After lunch we need to hike for another 3 and half hours before getting to our hotel. While hiking, you can enjoy dazzling beautiful views of the most famous mountain in China, including the Lotus Peak which is also the highest peak of Huangshan Mountain with an elevation of 1,864 meters, Old Monk in Meditation, Narrow Cliff, Turtle on the back of a Crocodile, Bright Top, Flying-over Rock, Nine Dragon Peak, Cloud-dispelling Pavilion.Stay in Xihai Hotel

Day 2 Hiking in Huangshan (B, L, D)
Watch the sunrise in the morning. After the breakfast we will start exploring the Grand Canyon, a newly developed scenic site with breath-taking views of steep mountain and deep valleys, really stunning indeed. Its beauty and precipitousness are simply beyond words! You'll need about 6 hours to do the whole loop. Stay in Xihai Hotel

Day 3 Hiking in Huangshan (B, L, D)
Today we will do the trekking down from the Refreshing Terrace, a footpath in the mountain but rarely visited by tourists. We will take the same way back to our hotel. It takes about 5 hours to do the trekking. Stay in Beihai Hotel

Day 4 Huangshan - Tunxi (B, L, D)
Watch the sunrise in the morning. After breakfast we will hike down the mountain from the eastern steps which presents somewhat different, yet equally marvelous scenery in comparison with what on the western steps. It is almost all the way downhill and would take you about 2 hours to reach the foothill. Drive for about one hour to reach Hongcun, an UNESCO cultural heritage site which has a history of 800 years, for a visit. Back to the downtown in the afternoon and visit the Old Street, a trading center in old days lined with ancient wooden buildings from the Song dynasty, many of which have been converted into antique shops selling furniture, souvenirs and local products. Leave Huangshan City after dinner.
