Nomadic living Amduo Tibtean mainly resident in west Sichuan province and South Gansu province. From Lanzhou to Chengdu is one of the classic tours due to the diversities of nature and culture. The Yellow River, Loess plateau, Rorgai grassland, fairy land of Jiuzhaigou National Park all make it a trip full of discovery. Amduo Tibetan, Muslim, Qiang people have created their brilliant cultures in this wide grassland land and the large Napuleng Monastery and towering castle are typical proof.

Itinerary 1:
D1 Lanzhou
Arrive in Lanzhou, the prepare for the overland trip.
D2 Lanzhou /  Xiahe           ( Tour Bus )
We will Head to Xiahe. You can enjoy the scenery of Yellow Loess Plateau in route . But you will soon say goodbye to Yellow Loess Plateau and drive to Qinghia-Tibetan plateau, from Hui people residence area to Tibetan people residence area, and entry into Tibetan people autonomic area of Xiahe of Gansu province. 
D3 Xiahe Sightseeing
We will visit Labrang monastery in the morning , which is one of the five biggest Gelu Lamaism monastery in Tibet . Here we will visit the magnificent golden palaces and the pretty Butter Flowers . And we can also have a free talk with the monks . In the afternoon we will prepare for our bicycle riding . We will enjoy a real Tibetan style food in the evening .
D4 Xiahe / Langmusi/ Ro’ergai         ( Bike Riding )
All the day drive to Roergai via Langsusi. Enjoy the Tibetan village and grassland en route. And the Langmusi Monastery is a small but pretty temple worth of a visit.
D5 Roergai / Tangke / Jiuzhaigou Valley      
Today we will head for Tangke to watch the first big Bend of Yellow River, then drive cross the vast grassland and arrive in Jiuzhaigou Valley.  
D6 Jiuzhaigou Nature Reserve sightseeing
The whole day we will visit the national park, the lakes, virgin forest, waterfall , etc.
D7Jiuzhaigou/ Wolong Panda Nature Reserve  (Tour Bus )
We will head to Wolong today . In the late afternoon we will arrive in Wolong Panda Nature Reserve, where scores of Pandas are raised in their garden . We will have close touch with this precious animal.

D8 Wolong /Chengdu
We will head to the capital of Sichuan Province , Chengdu. In the road we will drop a visit to sacred site of Daoism, Mt Qingchengshan. We will enjoy the beautiful palaces here. Arrive in Chengdu in the late afternoon. 
D9 Chengdu
Depart Chengdu after breakfast. END.

D1__4  Same as above  
D5 Roergai / Hongyuan / Aba County     
Today we will drive to Aba near Qinghai province. We will meet the Yellow River again in Tangke. It leaves most elegance bens here. And the view of wide Hongyuan grassland, Buddhism printing temple, etc, also will make the tours pleasant journey.   
D6 Aba County
We will stay one day in Aba as a break. The Stone Mountain, Ge’erdeng Monastery, villages all deserves our visit.
D7 Aba / Rangtang
We will drive to Rangtang today. Small temples, cold rivers and villages will make our trip full of discovery.
D8 Rangtang / Ma’erkang / Guergou valley
As king of Tibetan tribes, Tusi built their houses as hard castle. And Zuokeji Tusi Building is one of the best. In the afternoon we will cross the Zegu Tunnel and arrive in Guergou valley. Enjoy the hot spring here. 
D9 Guergou valley / Chengdu
Today we will drive to Chengdu all the day. The Qiang ethnic minority will show us their unique culture by their towers of castle in the valley. Arrive in Chengdu in the late afternoon.
D10 Chengdu departure
Visit the Panda garden in the suburb, and then finish the trip in the afternoon. You can fly to any of the other cities. END.
